Soult is a secure digital vault for records, structured information, templates, help guides, and personal context. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal services, does not recommend or endorse any law firm, and does not replace independent legal advice or formal legal process.
It gives you structured storage for documents, Will-related notes, physical location details, small wishes, personal context, and messages that may not fit neatly inside a Will. Soult helps reduce the chance of information being lost, scattered, or misunderstood. It does not act as a law firm, does not sell legal services, does not appoint or recommend lawyers, and does not take legal action on your behalf.
Soult helps you prepare and organise. It can support Will writing, storing executed copies, and maintaining version-related context, but there is a separate domain of law that governs drafting requirements, execution, witnessing, registration where applicable, and legal validity. Soult does not replace any of that. It simply gives you more room to keep everything clear, connected, and easier for your family to understand.
warning What Soult Does NOT Do
People may write Wills and still leave their families with practical confusion. The latest version may not be easy to identify. The physical copy may be hard to find. Important context may live only in someone’s head. Small wishes, emotional intent, and the reasoning behind decisions often do not fit well inside a formal Will. Soult is not here to argue validity in court. It is here to help you organise everything around it so your family is less likely to face these issues in the first place.
If you choose to store the details in Soult, it can help your loved ones understand which Will you intended as the latest one, along with related dates, notes, and supporting context. That does not decide legal validity, but it can prevent needless confusion.
A document can be properly prepared and still become difficult to locate when it matters most. Soult can help you store where the physical Will is kept, what else should be checked, and what your family should know first.
Soult gives you room for personal wishes, emotional messages, voice notes, videos, explanations, and the “why” behind decisions. These may not belong inside a Will, but they can deeply matter to the people you leave behind.
Soult can help you write, store, and organise Will-related information, but there remains a separate legal framework for format, execution, registration where applicable, and validity. Soult does not replace that process and does not endorse any law firm. If any law firm claims otherwise, that claim is false and should not be relied upon.
